There are 3 suites and 2 rooms in the villa. All of them have their own style but always related to a colonial- and antique atmosphere with comfort of nowadays.
Our latest expansion is our most luxury The Royal Suite at the ground floor where guests can live like a king with a private veranda bordering the garden and beach.
Unique the new Royal suite that give the feeling of living as a royal at the Indian ocean on the private veranda. The Royal suite is located at the ground floor and has a living room, separate bedroom with attached bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower of maximum size. From this suite you walk directly outdoor on the private veranda that has furniture for a relaxed drink or enjoy the dinner. It’s overviewing the pool and the beach and ocean. One of the most luxury suites at the beach in Sri Lanka. It has a maximum capacity for 3 guests.
Is on the first floor, has a large living/bedroom, sea view balcony and a super luxury bathroom with a Jacuzzi in the Bath and a separate shower.
Is also on the first floor, has a large living/bedroom, has front sea view also from the spacious balcony. Comfortable luxury bathroom with shower.
Is on the first floor and is our “budget” place to stay. It’s located at the front side of the house and has colonial furniture and a large special bathroom with a great shower area. It does not a balcony.
Is located on the 2nd floor and is a room with some intimate corners. Very suitable for long stays, Best room to spend a couple of winter months. Ocean view but no balcony.
