Please note that to confirm your reservation, Villa Kusum will require a completed Reservation Form as below. A deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay must be paid with your booking. The balance has to be paid 21 days before arrival in the Villa Kusum. Credit cards are not accepted.

This deposit is refundable, less incurred bank charges and 100 euro cancellation fee. If the cancellation is prior to 21 days before your arrival you will be charged for 100% but if your booked room can be re-rented during that period, the deposit will be refunded minus the cancellation fee and less charges.

Check in and check out times are usually 12 noon , but flexible up to a maximum of six hours, dependant on room availability. Late check out requests should be made to Villa Kusum as soon as possible on arrival at the hotel so necessary arrangements can be made.
